2. Website access and hosting

This website is provided using OpenAI Sites, with technical delivery through Cloudflare. Access involves processing your IP address, time of access, requested page, browser and device information, and technical error and security data. This enables delivery, stability and security. Our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website is the legal basis (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Technical logs are needed only for operation, security review and error investigation; providers determine their specific retention periods under their operational and security policies. This private preview may also require sign-in and necessary session data. See OpenAI Privacy and Cloudflare Privacy.

3. Contact and catering inquiries

When you contact us by form, email or telephone, we process your contact details and inquiry. Name and email are required in the form. Company, phone, event date, location, guest count, event type and message are processed when provided. We use them to respond, prepare an offer and, where applicable, organise an event. Without the required contact details we cannot handle your inquiry through the form.

Contract-related inquiries are processed to take steps before entering into a contract or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other correspondence is processed in our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Statutory retention is based on Article 6(1)(c).

4. Form delivery via FormSubmit

The form uses FormSubmit (Devro LABS). Only when you submit it are the details and necessary connection data transmitted to FormSubmit and forwarded to oliver.hellmons@mokkamob.at. According to its documentation, FormSubmit retains submissions in its delivery archive for 30 days. Our form does not embed Google reCAPTCHA; we use a hidden form field to deter spam.

5. Recipients and international processing

Your data is received by us and technical providers for hosting, form delivery and email. Further disclosure takes place where necessary to perform a contract or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

International technical services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Specific provider roles, processing locations and necessary contractual safeguards must be checked before public operation. This version describes the preview’s current technical setup; these checks remain outstanding for FormSubmit and hosting.

6. Retention

We retain inquiries for as long as needed to handle them, manage a resulting engagement and establish or defend legal claims. When these purposes end and no statutory retention duty applies, we delete the data. Business records may be subject to tax and commercial-law retention duties. FormSubmit states that its separate delivery archive lasts 30 days.

7. Cookies, fonts and Instagram

We have not embedded analytics or marketing trackers. Fonts and images are served locally with the website. Language selection does not set its own cookie. Necessary hosting or authentication data may be processed independently.

Instagram is included only as an external link. Visiting our website does not load Instagram content. Clicking the link takes you to Instagram, where Instagram/Meta’s privacy policies apply.

8. Your rights

Subject to statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Any consent given may be withdrawn for the future. Contact oliver.hellmons@mokkamob.at.

You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority if you believe processing is unlawful. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

9. Updates

We update this notice when the website or services change. Mokka Mob does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling on this website.
